Privacy Notice

We at Fiera Capital Inc. (the “Firm”) respect your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect, how we use the information, with whom we may share it and the rights and choices available to you regarding our use of the information. We also describe measures we take to protect the security of the information we collect and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. This Privacy Notice applies to all of the products and services offered by the Firm.

We collect and maintain certain nonpublic personal information we receive from you directly, on applications, other forms or our website, and from your transactions with unaffiliated parties and the Firm. This information includes, for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, Social Security or tax identification number, assets, income, financial needs and goals, and account balances and transactions. We use this information to process your requests and transactions and to otherwise manage your account, but not for marketing purposes unless we have your written consent. Customer information includes any record containing nonpublic personal information, including data received from other financial institutions, regardless of whether the individual is a direct customer of the Firm.

In order to manage your account, we may need to share the information we collect from you such as your name, address, Social Security or tax identification number, assets, income, financial needs and goals, and account balances and transactions with unaffiliated and affiliated parties. Unaffiliated third parties may include but are not limited to administrators, custodians, compliance consultants, and auditing firms. Depending on the type of account, the Firm may share information regarding your account with our parent company, Fiera Capital Corporation, and companies who are related to us by common ownership and control of Fiera Capital Corporation. In these cases, we strive to work only with those businesses that adhere to the same high standards of Client service and privacy that we do. We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to only those employees, agents, unaffiliated and affiliated parties who need to know the information in order to process your transactions or as otherwise necessary to manage your account and as such, you cannot limit all sharing of personal information. Of course, if you ask us to provide your information to a trusted third party such as your accountant or attorney, we are glad to oblige. Additionally, on some occasions we may disclose information because we are legally required to do so (such as by a court order or a subpoena). If you have questions regarding sharing of personal information, please contact your Fiera Capital Inc. relationship manager.

Last but not least, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We regularly evaluate our technology in an effort to ensure that the safeguards we have in place maintain a high level of security and confidentiality for your personal information.

If you are a California resident whose information is not otherwise exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act (as may be amended from time to time and with any implementing regulations, “CCPA”), please review our California Privacy Policy on our website https://us.fieracapital.com/privacypolicy/# goto-california-notice. The California Privacy Policy provides additional disclosures, our notice at collection, and a description of rights under the CCPA. Please note, however, that the rights described in the California Privacy Policy are subject to exemptions and other limitations under applicable law, including personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing regulations.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. If there are no changes to our privacy practices, we may rely on the exception under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Regulation S-P to forego sending an annual privacy notice.

Fiera Capital Privacy Policy for California Residents

The privacy of your personal information is important to us at Fiera Capital Inc. (“Fiera Capital”). We are committed to protect the privacy of this information. This privacy policy applies to individuals and website visitors who are residents of the State of California and supplements information contained in Fiera Capital Inc.’s general privacy policy issued pursuant to Regulation S-P under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”), available at www.us.fieracapital.com (the “U.S. Privacy Policy”). This California-specific policy (the “California Privacy Policy”) describes additional rights and disclosures required under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act and subsequent regulations and amendments effective January 1, 2026 (collectively, the “CCPA”).

1. OVERVIEW OF THIS CALIFORNIA PRIVACY POLICY

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights related to their personal information. This California Privacy Policy describes those rights and explains how California residents may exercise such rights under the CCPA.

What is “personal information”? For the purposes of this California Privacy Policy, “personal information” is defined as information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California consumer or household. Personal information does not include:

  • Publicly available information from government records.
  • De-identified or aggregated information.
  • Information excluded from the CCPA, including personal information subject to the GLBA (which includes information collected about individuals who obtain financial products or advisory services from Fiera Capital, or information we collect to service your account).

What information is excluded from this California Privacy Policy? As mentioned above, the CCPA does not apply to personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the GLBA and its implementing regulations, including Regulation S-P. Therefore, this California Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect about California residents in connection with obtaining financial products or advisory services. For more information about how we collect, use, and disclose GLBA-related information, please refer to our U.S. Privacy Notice.

Who are “California consumers”? A “California consumer” is a natural person who resides in California. For purposes of this California Privacy Policy, a California consumer does not include persons to the extent they are (i) acting as an employee, owner, director, officer or contractor of a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, nonprofit or government agency that is doing business with Fiera Capital, or (ii) acting as a job applicant to, an employee of, owner of, director of, officer of, medical staff member of, or contractor of Fiera Capital.

2. HOW WE COLLECT, USE, AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Fiera Capital collects personal information from you in various ways and for different purposes, as described below. The table below identifies the categories of personal information collected , the sources of that personal information, the purposes for which that personal information is used, and the third parties with whom we may have shared that personal information. The types of personal information we collect will depend on your interaction with us, including the types of products or services you use.

To comply with the January 1, 2026 amendments, this California Privacy Policy also includes disclosures relating to our use of automated decision-making technology (“ADMT”), if any, and your rights to access information about such use or opt out of certain ADMT uses, our obligation to conduct risk assessments for certain processing activities involving personal information, and our obligation to perform annual cybersecurity audits if applicable based on the volume and sensitivity of personal information processed.

3. NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

While we may disclose personal information with our service providers and our affiliates who assist us in servicing your account, Fiera Capital does not sell personal information about you to any unaffiliated third party in the twelve (12) months prior to the date of this California Privacy Policy, and will not sell personal information about you until further notice. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we change our practices in the future for any new information that we collect from you, we will notify you by updating this California Privacy Policy.

4. CCPA RIGHTS FOR CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS

The CCPA provides California consumers with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes those rights. If you are a California consumer and would like to exercise any of these rights, please see Section 4.E below for more information on submitting a request.

Under the amendments effective January 1, 2026, California consumers also have the right to 1) request information about Fiera Capital’s use of ADMT, including meaningful information about the logic used and the likely outcome of such processing, 2) opt out of certain uses of ADMT, including profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, 3) receive disclosures about whether their personal information is used in processing activities requiring a risk assessment, and 4) receive disclosures about whether their personal information is used in processing activities subject to annual cybersecurity audits.

As mentioned above, the CCPA does not apply to personal information that is subject to the GLBA. Therefore, this California Privacy Policy excludes information we collect about you that is subject to the GLBA, such as information that we collect about California residents who obtain financial products or advisory services from us. For more information about how we collect, use and disclose this information, please refer to our U.S. Privacy Notice.

A. RIGHT TO KNOW ABOUT AND ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you are a California consumer, you may have the right to request that Fiera Capital provide you with information regarding the personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold in the preceding twelve (12) months. Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will disclose as applicable:

  • The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The categories of sources from which we collected your personal information.
  • The business or commercial purposes for collecting your personal information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we shared your personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • The length of time we retain each category of personal information or the criteria used to determine retention.
  • Whether your personal information was used in ADMT and, if so, meaningful information about the logic involved and the likely outcome of such processing.
  • Whether your personal information was used in processing activities requiring a risk assessment or subject to annual cybersecurity audits.

You may submit a request to know about or access your personal information twice within a twelve (12)-month period.

B. RIGHT TO DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you are a California consumer, you may have the right to request that Fiera Capital delete certain personal information we have collected from you. However, this right to deletion does not apply to any of your personal information that is subject to an exception under the CCPA (as described below). Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information unless an exception applies.

CCPA Exceptions

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is required for any of the following reasons:

  • Completing the transaction for which the information was collected or providing a service you requested.
  • Detecting security incidents or protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
  • Debugging to identify and repair errors. o Complying with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
  • Enabling internal uses reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us.
  • Complying with a legal obligation.
  • Making other internal and lawful uses of that information compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
  • Retaining information necessary for processing activities subject to mandatory risk assessments or cybersecurity audits.

C. RIGHT TO OPT‐OUT OF THE SALE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Fiera Capital does not sell personal information and has not sold personal information about you to third parties in the twelve (12) months prior to the date of this California Privacy Policy. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we change our practices in the future for any new information that we collect from you, we will notify you by updating this California Privacy Policy.

D. PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM MINORS

We may collect personal information from minors for UGMA and UTMA custodial accounts. We comply with all applicable laws with respect to the collection and processing of a minor’s personal information. We do not sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

E. RIGHT TO NON‐DISCRIMINATION Fiera Capital will not discriminate against any California consumer who exercises any of the rights described above. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny goods or services; charge different prices or rates, provide a different level of service or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or level of goods or services.

F. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

If you are a California consumer and would like to exercise any of your CCPA rights , you may submit a request by emailing PrivacyUS@fieracapital.com or by calling 866 227-9925.

G. SUBMITTING A REQUEST THROUGH YOUR AUTHORIZED AGENT

If you are a California consumer, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, as long as the authorized agent has your written permission and you verify your identity directly with us. Authorized agents must be registered with the California Secretary of State and must provide proof of registration . We may contact you directly to confirm the request.

H. HOW WE VERIFY YOUR REQUEST

We cannot fulfill your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. Verification may require matching information you provide with information already maintained by us.

If you submit a request by phone or email, we will contact you using the information that we have on file.

Depending on the nature of your request, we may require additional information in order to verify your identity. If we cannot successfully verify your identity, we will inform you.

In accordance with the CCPA, we will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days, unless an extension is permitted by law If an extension is required, we will notify you within the initial forty-five (45) day period and explain the reason for the delay.

We do not charge a fee to process your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If a fee applies, we will provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
