Colleen Nichols

Colleen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client engagement experience and the delivery of exceptional client service to drive brand growth and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. 

Colleen Nichols joined Fiera Capital Inc. in 2017 and has 24 years of industry experience, most recently at TIAA Global Asset Management (now Nuveen) where she was Director of Client Service and Reporting. There she managed a team of 21 people responsible for servicing 250 institutional and individual investors across multiple products and vehicles. In addition to her wealth of relationship servicing knowledge, Colleen has a wide breadth of experience with financial technology software, operations, and compliance policies and programs.

Colleen studied Psychology at CUNY – College of Staten Island.
